Cant get any hands or applications to download for my audiovox cell phone

i had been trying for so long to download youtube video with my nokia n80 but i failed..i really got no any idea for it any one can plz help me up by sending an email to me and tel me the step i need to do?i have tried to download the latest flv 2.1 but its still cant work.thanks for those who r willing to help me.
